The Position:
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a remote Payroll Technical Lead to support one of our local clients at St Louis, MO.
Overview:
Serves as the Technical Lead for the implementation of a retirement benefits payment system. Assists the leadership stakeholders in working with technology evaluation and solution implementation. Responsible for the overall technical solution and quality of the implementation. Familiar with payroll and/or retirement systems, calculations, and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with client’s personnel to understand and document system requirements
- Analyze existing systems and their functionality
- Architect, design, plan and estimate the benefit payment solution
- Implement the solution
- Ensure business user acceptance of the solution
- Coordinate the migration from the current systems
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration.
- 5 years or more experience performing software development in a technical leadership role
- 5 years or more experience with the payroll and/or retirement benefit systems.
Certs Required:
- Professional certifications are a plus (preferred)
Clearance:
- Must be able to pass a public trust background check
