The Position:
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Geospatial AI Trainer to support one of our clients in St. Louis, MO.
There is strong potential for rapid career advancement opportunities for candidates who quickly show competency in geospatial topics and production.
This role is a 6-month contract with likelihood of renewal.
Overview:
The Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer 1 role is an entry-level position for individuals who are interested in working at the intersection of the AI and geospatial industries. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and adaptable. The role is focused on producing high-quality, AI-ready geospatial imagery and video annotations.
You Will:
- Learn and use software tools for data annotation
- Receive initial and ongoing training in geospatial topics from experts
- Accurately identify and annotate objects on geospatial data
- Meet weekly individual production goals as directed by your Geospatial Production Manager
- Receive feedback from Geospatial AI Team Leaders and incorporate that feedback to improve your annotation quality and productivity
Preferred Experience & Education:
- Experience or education with geospatial information systems (GIS)
- Detail oriented and can follow complex instructions
- Ability to work independently, cooperatively, and collaboratively as a team member
- Flexibility to successfully react to changing production priorities
- Willingness and ability to pass an investigation for a Secret security clearance as well as maintain that clearance
- Possession of excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to pass background check
Clearance:
- Willingness and ability to pass an investigation for a Secret security clearance as well as maintain that clearance
- Willingness and ability to pass a U.S. Government Tier 1 investigation and obtain a Department of Defense Identification / Common Access Card
Pay:
- Compensation starts at $18.72 / hour and increases for candidates with relevant security clearances
