The Position:
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Business Analyst to support one of our local clients in Downers Grove, IL.
Overview:
The Business Analyst will work closely with the contract company and the project team to understand and document business requirements related to the program management system, focusing on infrastructure design, construction, and construction management. The Business Analyst will then translate these requirements into technical specifications for the development team, bridging the communication gap between business stakeholders and technical experts.
This is a contract role that will have a start date of January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of client project processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendation

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
