The Position:
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Project Manager to support one of our local clients in Downers Grove, IL.
This position requires the ability to pass a public trust background check; Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Overview:
Project Manager will be the main contact between the company and the selected vendor for the program management system. Responsibilities include managing the contract and project timelines, organizing the team, tracking progress, and measuring performance. This is a contract role and will have a start date of January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the contractual deliverables and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task orders are implemented promptly.
- Responsible for communicating and enforcing work standards, tracking work schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to personnel.
- Perform planning and dependency identification. Ensures business user acceptance of work products.
- Ensure vendor personnel are fully engaged and fulfilling their responsibilities alongside the vendor.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Certs Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
