Position Note
Chameleon Integrated Services is actively bidding on a proposal to provide Cyberspace Operations and Development for the Enterprise (CODE) services under the DC3 Technical, Analytical, and Business Operations (TABO) requirement. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Overview
Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise / Hybrid Cloud Architect to design, optimize, and maintain complex multi-impact-level environments across our unclassified and classified enterprise footprints. This role acts as a primary technical driver for on-premises infrastructure integration with secure DoD cloud structures.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across network, server, and cloud architectures, ensuring high availability, robust continuous monitoring, and seamless cross-domain data flows.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement seamless technical integrations between on-premises data centers and multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Design infrastructure architectures tailored for unclassified and classified environments operating at multiple DoD impact levels (including IL4, IL5, and IL6).
  • Provide design engineering support for virtualized servers, storage arrays, network topologies, and distributed cloud services.
  • Implement and evolve the Collect, Analyze, Disseminate, Operationalize-Integrated Solution (CADO-IS) enterprise architecture footprint.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain secure Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) to safely bridge data exchanges across distinct security levels.
  • Create, manage, and deliver comprehensive design reports, as-built technical architectures, and DoDAF compliance documentation.
  • Support the integration of Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) capabilities and establish automated logging and continuous monitoring plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated engineering experience supporting large-scale enterprise network, server, and cloud environments.
  • Production familiarity working with virtualized environments, complex storage architectures, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
  • Direct experience developing or managing design architecture artifacts under the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Hands-on exposure to Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and multi-impact-level data environments.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure configuration management, logging mechanisms, and CSSP integrations.
Preferred Requirements
  • Direct experience with CADO-IS or closely related national cyber/data architectures.
  • Direct architectural experience in DoD IL4/IL5/IL6 secure cloud landscapes (AWS GovCloud or Azure Government).
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
