The Position:
 
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our internal and contract staffing needs.

This role is currently part-time. Up to 20 hours per week.
 
 
Overview:
 
We are seeking a recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and corporate roles. This position requires experience sourcing and screening cleared and uncleared candidates, supporting proposal efforts by identifying key personnel, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire hiring process, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and set recruiting strategy.
  • Support proposal efforts by identifying and securing qualified key personnel based on solicitation requirements.
  • Conduct pre-screen calls with a focus on qualifications, motivation, and fit — tailored to each role.
  • Create effective job postings and develop targeted outreach campaigns for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Use job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, and other sourcing tools to find qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment activity using internal tools and provide accurate reporting and metrics.
  • Manage multiple requisitions at once with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of cleared and uncleared technical candidates.
  • Support social media and branding efforts when needed (posting jobs, campaign support).
  • Stay aligned with workflow processes and help optimize them for efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies, client-specific requirements, and federal contract standards.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality surrounding company bid/pricing strategies, overhead multipliers, recruiting processes/methods/costs, and employee names/information.

Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in IT, government contracting, or staffing.
  • Experience sourcing through job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, and resume databases.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
  • Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and pivot based on hiring needs.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
